SERVICVEPLAN in association with SERVICE CONSULT Ltd carried out the design and supervision of all the electrical mechanical services for the rehabilitation and extension of NSSF- Nyerere towers located at the junction of Morogoro and /Bibi Titi Mohamed roads .
Serviceplan was responsible for the water supply, storm water drainage, sewerage, and fire fighting services while Service Consult was responsible for the electrical installations, ventilation and air conditioning services. These works were carried out under the project management of Ms Claus Bremer - Architect.
